Greyfriars Bobby is based on the true story of a dog that was inseparable from his master in life and, when his master died, spent each night on his master's grave for another 14 years (that's 98 in dog years). The funeral that begins this film, and the Scottish brogue spoken throughout, make this one a bit too difficult for young children, but for everyone else the faithfulness of "wee Skye terrier" Bobby makes this an enjoyable, memorable story.
