Young Dylan Taylor's life takes an adventurous turn when he is befriended by inventor John Avery Whittaker. Together they work to recover an invention stolen from Whittaker that allows people to see historic events as if they were actually there. They must stop devious Faustus who plans to turn Whittaker's "Imagination Station" into a "Manipulation Station" that will control people's minds. Along the way Dylan learns that true treasures are not found in toy catalogs or toy stores, but come from God. This is the first in the Adventures in Odyssey series put out by Focus on the Family.
